Here are the house rules: - Quiet hours after 10pm - Pool & Spa area are closed at sunset. No use from Dusk to Dawn. - Absolutely no parties in the apartment at any time - No smoking inside the apartment at any time. Additional charges may apply. - There is no parking under the buildings. - No papers to be flushed down the toilet. There is a garbage bin inside the bathroom to dispose these. - Trash bags and recycling, once filled, should be placed in the trash dumpster in the parking lot. - Lost key fobs fee is $50, please keep key fobs safe and on the coat hook on the back side of the front door when not in use. - Between December 15 and April 15 guests are required to park outside of the security gate in the guest parking area with a parking decal issued by the main office.

* **Rental Agreement:** A simple rental agreement is required to be signed for your stay. * **Guest Registration:** To ensure your security and resort access, a quick one-time registration at the manager's office is required. We’ve made it easy—we’ll provide your digital parking pass for weekend arrivals so you can head straight to the pool! Guest parking is in the front parking lot just off of Bald Eagle Drive. * **Fishing:** If you plan to fish from the docks, a Florida fishing license is required. * **Animal Policy:* ** The complex has a strict no animal policy. If you need to bring a furry friend another complex would be a better option. This is an HOA policy, not ours. * **No Smoking:* ** Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the unit, on the lanai or the front breezeway. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine. * **No Parties:* ** No parties or large gatherings at any time. Respect your neighbors and keep evening noise to a minimum.
